Want a VoIP PABX - low cost, great features - no problem the Asterisk based Trix box is fantastic
E-Simple has been using Asterisk as its PABX for a couple of years now, it has voicemail, provides conferencing, we send 700 faxes a week through it, and all round its very good. The TrixBox which is a rolled up, wrapped up package of Asterisk plus a lot of clever integrations is a great way to get a new PABX.

It makes it simple, well simple if you know what you want. and we can help sort it out.
Either a trixbox install or a standard Asterisk build, either way is fine.
We have been using servers but in a couple of months we will have some cusom built hardware to run it on and early inidications are it will be lower cost and more reliable, and at the same time very powerful. We will keep you posted.

And in case you didn't realise - you don't need those analogue lines anymore if you have a good connection like CityLink. ADSL is not so good, cable modems seem ok but around Wellington you want to be on CityLink, it gives you huge advantages.
